For road access from outside of London or the West, approach Holland Park vie the M40 and the M41 into Shepherd's Bush. From the Shepherd's Bush roundabout, take the Holland Park Avenue exit (A40). Turn left into Princedale Road. For access from central or East London along the A40, Bayswater Road, through Notting Hill Gate to Holland Park Avenue. Princedale Road will be found on the right, shortly after Holland Park tube station.

Route 94 to Holland Park travels from Piccadilly Circus via Regent Street, Oxford Circus, Marble Arch and Notting Hill. Many other routes cross or terminate at Notting Hill, only a short walk away (approx. 10 minutes).

Situated very close to Holland Park tube station (Central line), Shepherd's Bush tube station (Central and Hammersmith & City lines) and only a short distance from Notting Hill Gate tube station (Central, District and Circle lines).
